Shipping Information
Shipping fees are set by carriers and added to your total purchase. All shipping and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment. All orders shipped FOB Beavercreek, OR 97004. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.
If you do not have a UPS account with daily pick-up and delivery, UPS considers the address to be RESIDENTIAL, and will be charged accordingly. The only exception: If you have a door for PUBLIC ACCESS and POSTED HOURS.
International Orders
Our online store accepts payment and shipping for US domestic orders only. For orders outside the US please EMAIL Matrix Therapy Products for items wanted and your shipping address.
State a preferred shipping method, we usually ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail. These are the most economical methods. You can upgrade the service to Express Mail which is more expensive but provides you a tracking number. Insurance is extra and should be requested if wanted. We will return via E-mail a PDF Pro Forma Invoice with your total. Once you have approved the charges, please pay via PayPal.
